IMPLEMENTASI GREEN LOGISTICS DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI UNIVERSITAS LOGISTIK BISNIS INTERNASIONAL

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan sampah di Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional (ULBI) dengan pendekatan Green Logistics. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis kondisi pengelolaan sampah di ULBI saat ini, merancang model Green Logistics untuk pengelolaan sampah, menerapkan model tersebut, dan mengevaluasi efektivitasnya. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan pendekatan Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), teknik observasi, wawancara, serta evaluasi dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sampah plastik di ULBI belum optimal, dengan pemilahan yang tidak memadai dan minimnya daur ulang. Model Green Logistics dirancang dan diimplementasikan di ULBI untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan sampah plastik. Implementasi model ini menghasilkan pengurangan sampah dan peningkatan daur ulang, serta sampah yang telah dikumpulkan diproses dan dipilah menjadi barang-barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan kegunaan untuk jangka panjang.
ABSTRACT: This research discusses waste management at the University of Logistics and International Business (ULBI) using a Green Logistics approach. The aim of this study to analyze the current state of waste management at ULBI, design a Green Logistics model for waste management, implement the model, and evaluate its effectiveness. The research methodology involves the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) approach, observation techniques, interviews, as well as data evaluation and analysis. The research results show that plastic waste management at ULBI is not optimal, with inadequate sorting and minimal recycling. The Green Logistics model was designed and implemented at ULBI to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of plastic waste management. Implementation of this model results in reduced waste and increased recycling, and the collected waste is processed and sorted into items that have economic value and long-term use.
