ANALISIS PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN PROSES PERIZINAN DOKUMEN KEDATANGAN KAPAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN FISHBONE DIAGRAM PADA PT. PELAYARAN TRESNAMUDA SEJATI
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The shipping industry is a vital sector in supporting trade activities and the global economy. One of the crucial aspects in port operations is the licensing process of ship arrival documents. Delays in the process of applying for ship arrival document permits are not new to the shipping industry. This study aims to determine the causes of delays in the process of applying for ship arrival document permits at PT. Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati by using Fishbone Diagram Tools as a method of finding the root of the problems experienced by the company. With the implementation and identification using the fishbone diagram, it is hoped that PT. Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati can reduce the risk of delays in the ship document licensing process and improve overall operational efficiency.
ABSTRAK: Industri pelayaran merupakan sektor yang vital dalam mendukung aktivitas perdagangan dan perekonomian global. Salah satu aspek krusial dalam operasional pelabuhan adalah proses perizinan dokumen kedatangan kapal. Keterlambatan proses pengajuan izin dokumen kedatangan kapal bukanlah hal baru dalam industri pelayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab keterlambatan proses pengajuan izin dokumen kedatangan kapal di PT. Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati dengan menggunakan Tools Fishbone Diagram sebagai metode dalam mencari akar permasalahan yang dialami oleh perusahaan tersebut. Dengan implementasi serta identifikasi menggunakan fishbone diagram diharapkan PT. Pelayaran Tresnamuda Sejati dapat mengurangi risiko keterlambatan proses perizinan dokumen kapal dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan
