Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of organic cow compost combined with NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of NK 212 hybrid corn. A randomized block design (RBD) was used in this study with eight treatments and three replicates. The results of the experiment showed that the combination of the two types of fertilizer had a direct effect on plant height, number of leaves, seed weight, and productivity of NK 212 hybrid corn. The best treatment was obtained in P7 with a dry grain yield of 11.23 tons ha⁻¹. Fertilization by combining organic and inorganic fertilizers proved to be effective in increasing the growth and yield of NK 212 hybrid corn.
